You are invited to submit proposals for a lecture or workshop for the CSOT Annual Symposium to be held at the Hyatt Regency in Toronto, ON, from November 7-8, 2026. The proposal should be organized under the following headings:

Document submission requirements:
- Please DO NOT use text with ALL CAPS in the proposal document.
- Please submit your proposal in a Microsoft Word document format.
- Please note that the primary language at the meeting is English. We ask that submissions are also in English.
- By submitting a proposal, you attest that you have the right to the submitted materials based on copyright law and that you have obtained permission to use any third-party material for the purposes as set out herein prior to submission.
Reimbursement:
- Presenters will not be provided with travel or accommodation expense reimbursement.
Proposals must be submitted by April 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.
The CSOT Board will review all proposals and send decision notifications by the end of May 2026.
